Job Description:

Cable Pipe & Leak Detection, a leader in the utility and plumbing industries, is seeking a motivated and skilled Leak Detector to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in supporting the integrity and safety of the plumbing and property management industries. You will be at the forefront of identifying and resolving hidden leaks and other underground issues using advanced detection technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized equipment to locate underground leaks and other utility problems accurately.
• Learn how to analyze data and readings from diagnostic tools to identify the source of leaks.
• Provide detailed reports and documentation of findings and actions taken.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations during operations.
• Maintain and calibrate leak detection equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in customer communication, providing clear explanations of technical issues and the steps taken.

Qualifications:

• Experience in utility locating, plumbing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
